Project Management (PjM)

The Project Management section focuses on the skills needed to manage architectural projects from contract through completion. Candidates review project organization, consultant coordination, scheduling, quality control, fees, risk, and contractual responsibilities. This test prep area helps candidates understand how to assemble and manage project teams, deliver services according to the owner-architect agreement, maintain project documentation, and make sound management decisions throughout the life of a project.
